MULLINGAR S.C. MIRROR SAILING 2010
Easter is approaching fast and the sailing season is not far away. We now have some dates for your diary and we hope to see you all on the water for training and racing early in the season. Our junior sailing course will run again in July and planning is well advanced. Full details will be on the website in the next few weeks.
Before that however, we will have training days and regular racing as well as a regatta in May so there are plenty of sailing opportunities for all this year.
TRAINING WEEKEND – SLIGO YC MARCH 20TH/21ST
This is part of a series of training weekends building up to the European championships to be held in Sligo in August this year. Details available from Brian Armstrong in Sligo at 086 6041478.
MIRROR SOUTHERNS – LOUGH REE APRIL 10TH/11TH 2010
This is the first event of the season and is close by in Athlone so it is an easy trip if you want to get into action early in the year.

Sunday sailing commences for GP14 and Mirrors on Sunday 11th April at 3PM
MULLINGAR SAILING CLUB – SUNDAY 25th APRIL – 2010 MIRROR TRAINING
Mirror training session open to all to prepare for Bronze Fleet Regatta in May. Training commences at 1PM sharp on the water so be sure to have your boat rigged and ready in advance.
MULLINGAR SAILING CLUB – SATURDAY 8TH MAY – BRONZE/SILVER FLEET OPEN REGATTA
We are delighted to be hosting the Bronze/Silver Fleet regatta again at Mullingar. This has been a fantastic event for the past few years and is a great opportunity to take part in a fleet race on our home patch. There will be sailors from all the mirror clubs at the event and we would love to see a big turnout of local boats . This is a one day regatta and full details will be on the website in the next few weeks.

We will keep you posted on all the events, training and racing on the website throughout the season, so keep checking it regularly for updates. We will also send out text alerts and we will be updating our database of phone numbers and emails in the next few weeks so we can keep you up to date constantly.
